About Chuck Henson

William C. Henson, II, known as Chuck Henson, was raised on his family's ranch in Beggs, Oklahoma. A community known for their strong FFA program, of which Chuck won Grand Champion Steer, and first place in public speaking, a State Winning 1975 Football Team, of which Chuck played center and linebacker, and, strong work ethic. Chuck has a 30 year banking career which culminated in a 13 year stretch as President/CEO of a banking organization in Southwestern Oklahoma. Chuck led a team that acquired a single-location institution with assets of $22M in 1997, and, built this banking institution, known as Liberty National Bank, into a 5 location, $182M organization in less than 12 years. What Chuck has done for BANKING, he has also done for REAL ESTATE. Chuck's successful banking experience has given him unique insight into all types of real estate. He has experience in financing residential, construction, and land development, agricultural, commercial, industrial, office, warehouse, storage facilities, retail, franchises, multi-family, medical offices, retirement, assisted living, and acute care facilities, as well as vast expertise in farm and ranch properties.

Chuck has the ability to analyze valuations, financing alternatives, and general feasibility of various types of projects. This experience has given Chuck access to decision makers for all types of industries through the Midwestern and southwestern United States. Chuck chose to open Texoma Premier Properties in 2009, adding Texas Life Real Estate Team in 2019, because he recognized the economic opportunities inherent in Texas and Oklahoma. In 2021, Texoma Premier Properties expanded to Oklahoma.
